Sebastian

Hello my name is Sebastian Eagle, or Seb for short. I was born in Bangkok Thailand. I am half British and half Thai. My birthday is 29th June. I am currently a year 11 Jupiter house student in Kristin school which is located in Auckland, New Zealand. My hobbies are playing video games, swimming and badminton. I really like to eat my mums food. My favorite food my mum makes is her chocolate chip cookies. The recipe to her chocolate chip cookies is: Ingredients 1 cup salted butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup light brown sugar, packed 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 2 large eggs 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon sea salt 2 cups chocolate chips (14 oz) Instructions Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line three baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 1 minute. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough. Form Cookies: Roll 2-3 tablespoons of dough into balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheets. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are just starting to turn brown. The centers should still look slightly underbaked. Cool: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your delicious, homemade chocolate chip cookies!
